How your first appointment works
Clinical experience meets Chinese medicine
I'm Helene Lange, a naturopath (Heilpraktikerin) in Kreuzberg. After training at Charité, I worked for many years in intensive care medicine. Today I combine this professional background with the holistic view of Chinese medicine – and with time for you.
What patients say
“Helene took a lot of time, created a calm atmosphere and explained everything in detail during the treatment. I felt very well looked after!”
“What I appreciated most was the thorough consultation. […] The therapist took a lot of time, listened attentively and explained the connections clearly.”
“Helene took a lot of time for me, really listened and gave me a great treatment. […] And the practice is simply beautiful!”

FAQ
Does acupuncture hurt?
The needles are very fine. Usually you only feel a brief prick or a slight pulling sensation, and then you rest comfortably.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your concern. In the first session we agree on a sensible plan together – usually a series of several appointments.
How much does a treatment cost?
First session incl. consultation (90 min) €90, follow-up treatment (60 min) €80, acute treatment (45 min) €50. Reduced rate €70 / €60. Payment in cash, via PayPal or by invoice. You'll receive a written cost overview in advance.
Will my health insurance pay?
I bill according to the German fee schedule for naturopaths (GebüH). Private insurance, Beihilfe and supplementary naturopathy insurance often reimburse all or part of the costs, depending on your plan. Statutory health insurance does not cover the costs.
When and where can I book?
Tuesdays at Dieffenbachstraße 36 and Wednesdays at Möckernstraße 66 – both in Kreuzberg. You can see available times directly on Doctolib.

Yes – there are usually free slots this week or next. For acute pain there is a 45-minute acute appointment without the initial consultation.
Do you offer appointments in English?
